I’m excited to say that after three years of writing (not to mention twenty years of work in nonprofits) The Little Book of Nonprofit Leadership is now available. This is an executive director’s handbook that will help a new nonprofit ED understand the job and get a handle on the main business of the nonprofit (program, people and money).
