Recently I gave a presentation with OnBoard about board committees. We talked about board committee structures, setting them up from scratch, having non-board members on the committees, and ways to activate the executive committee. It was a great session and I appreciated the chance to help “level up” so many nonprofits with OnBoard.
I’ve read a ton of books and blogs and newsletters about the topics but they’re all for bigger orgs with dedicated staff to each task. Your words were the first that I came across that actually spoke to KIOO and me directly. Thank you for that.
