Recently I gave a presentation with OnBoard about board committees. We talked about board committee structures, setting them up from scratch, having non-board members on the committees, and ways to activate the executive committee. It was a great session and I appreciated the chance to help “level up” so many nonprofits with OnBoard.
Erik got my board to think critically about what kind of fundraising activities we should be investing our time and energy in. He helped them get clear on areas to focus on, and informed our fundraising activities and budget for the coming year.
